Ariana Longley is a consultant on various projects related to patient safety including the Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative's (PHRI) Patient Safety Technology Challenge and the World Health Organization (WHO) Patient Safety Flagship. Previously, Longley served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at the Patient Safety Movement Foundation (PSMF), where she helped build their broad international network of patient safety experts and advocates. Prior to joining PSMF, Longley was a project manager at Masimo Corporation in California. She received her bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University and her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Edinburgh.
